St Botolph's have Adopted A WWF Dolphin!
Here at St Botolph's Church of England Primary School, we are passionate about being environmentally friendly and what we can do to help create a future where both people and nature can thrive.
We have recently adopted a dolphin through the WWF Trust and saw this as a great opportunity to involve our pupils in a naming competition. The children took part by creating beautiful pieces of artwork demonstrating interesting facts about these wonderful creatures and suggesting lots of things that we can do to help them.
Our very own Eco-Council helped us to chose the lucky winner who was very excited that he got to name our school dolphin. So without further ado, we are pleased to announce that our school Dolphin is going to be named Hope!
Well done to everyone that took part in this competition! Please do take a look at some of the brilliant entries that were submitted and also our proud winner with his winning article.
