Pupil Voice

Pupil Voice

Children across the school have the opportunity in a variety of ways to 'have their say'. It is important to us that we involve the children in as many decisions as possible across the school but it is equally important that the children know their 'voice' is heard.

Children are represented on the Eco Council, School Council and Collective Worship Team.

Without the children we would not have a school, so every member of staff values the children's opinion and input into how the school operates.

School Council - the school has a very active school council.  Two pupils from each year group from Years 1 - 6 are voted in by their peers to represent their fellow pupils for one academic year.  The councillors meet every other Tuesday and discuss issues which affect the school; putting forward opinions gathered from their fellow students.  They also discuss and help implement ideas to raise money for charity.

    About Us

St Botolph's School is a Church of England Controlled Primary School. We uphold Christian beliefs and have strong links with our local church, Holy Trinity. These Christian beliefs can be seen in our policies, in the daily life of our school and as we celebrate collective worship together.
