The St Botolph's Curriculum

Here at St Botolph's we are getting stuck into the new National Curriulum: teachers are continuing to plan exciting and challenging lessons within these guidelines.

Beyond the National Curriculum, we also take our School Curriculum very seriously. This is what makes us who we are!

We are first and foremost a Christian school, with the morals and ethos of living a Christian life at our heart. Children learn to show kindness, respect and forgiveness towards each other, as well as learning about the teachings of God.

The teaching staff here have also devised a list of five essential learning areas to give our children a rounded education and good preparation for life: The World, Social Sciences, Technology and Business, Physicality, Creativity.

    About Us

St Botolph's School is a Church of England Controlled Primary School. We uphold Christian beliefs and have strong links with our local church, Holy Trinity. These Christian beliefs can be seen in our policies, in the daily life of our school and as we celebrate collective worship together.
