Complaints

If you have any concerns about your child’s education, please talk initially to your child’s teacher.  It is always in everyone’s interest of we can work in partnership with parents to resolve any concerns. 

Should you continue to be concerned following conversations with your child’s teacher please make an appointment to see the Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher. If you feel the situation has still not been resolved to your satisfaction you may wish to make an appointment to see the Chair of Governors who can be contacted via the school office.

The school has a complaints policy and will be pleased to give a copy of the policy to parents on request.
