Friday Briefing - 21.09.2018

This week we have followed a Pirate treasure map given to us by Captain Stubble (a character from our story). The map led us to a box with a note giving the children a task.

English: We have been learning about writing instructions and the different types of words they have in them.

Maths: In Maths the children have continue to develop their understanding of place value by comparing numbers and ordering them.

Geography: We have continued to learn about the different continents and oceans on earth.

PE: Our PE will be changing next week to THURSDAY and will remain on this day throughout the year. Please ensure your child has appropriate kit in school.

Reading: Please send your child into school with their reading book everyday.

Homework and spellings: Please complete the week 2 task and return the booklet to school by Tuesday. Please can spelling books be return to school each Tuesday so that the next weeks list can be added.
