Thursday Briefing - 06.12.2018

Topic On Monday, Miss Noble came to ask the children for their help. A naughty elf has been causing problems around the school and Miss Noble asked the children to write and tell her if anyone had any information about it’s whereabouts. On Tuesday it was seen in the bin and yesterday in was trying to eat our fruit!

Phonics  In phonics this week we have split into groups to focus on specific skills related to phonics according to the needs of individual children.

Maths  In maths we have introduced positional language to the children. For example: The elf was on top of the tap.

•Please could you help your children practise their words for the play (if they have words to speak).
•Please could we have costumes in by Monday at the latest and in a named plastic bag.
•Thursday 13th December 1.45pm  - Reception Nativity
•Friday 14th December – Christmas Jumper day/Christmas dinner
•Christmas decorations made by each child for the Bazaar - £1
